Built for owners ready to act
The F.R.A.P. framework
Four Fundamental Profit Levers
F.R.A.P. focuses on four fundamental profit levers—Frequency, Referrals, Average Ticket, and Pricing. When you understand and improve each one, profit growth becomes measurable instead of mysterious.
Frequency
How often your customers buy from you. Increasing repeat business is one of the fastest ways to grow revenue without spending more on new leads.
Referrals
Qualified, reciprocal referrals from trusted partners. The right referral relationships bring in better customers at a lower cost.
Average Ticket
The average value of each transaction. Raising your average ticket means every sale and every customer is worth more to your business.
Pricing
What you charge and how confidently you hold your prices. Smarter pricing protects your margins and keeps more of every dollar you earn.
The challenge
Hard Work Alone Does Not Guarantee a Profitable Business.
Many small business owners stay busy but still struggle with inconsistent profits, unclear financial numbers, scattered marketing, isolation, and a lack of accountability.
Revenue without enough profit
You're busy and billing, but the money left over at the end of the month doesn't match the effort going in.
Marketing without a clear system
Leads come in inconsistently. You've paid for marketing that didn't produce dependable, measurable results.
Decisions without reliable numbers
Important choices get made on gut feel instead of clear financials that show what's actually working.
Ownership without trusted support
You carry the business alone, with no group of peers who understand the pressure and can hold you accountable.
A better kind of business chapter

Spark Success combines financial clarity, structured accountability, practical marketing help, business automation, and protected referral relationships.

A structured group keeps you focused on the priorities that move your business forward.
Develop trusted referral partners
Build reciprocal referral relationships with noncompeting owners you can actually trust.

Meet George
Real Ownership Experience, Not Sideline Advice.
George is not teaching business from the sidelines. After serving nine years in the U.S. Navy, including as an aviation electronics instructor, he has owned and operated his own HVAC company for more than 15 years. His experience as an owner—and his frustration with marketing approaches that failed to produce meaningful results—led him to help other contractors and business owners improve their marketing, pricing, and profitability.
